A Family Run Exterior Contractor Serving Southern Maryland Since 2006
Elite Project Services is a family run exterior contracting company owned and operated by Tom Lowe. Founded in 2006, the company began by completing roof installation and replacement projects for family homes before expanding its services to support more homeowners and businesses throughout Southern Maryland.
Today, EPS provides residential roof repair and replacement, commercial roofing, siding, gutter, and window services throughout Calvert County, Anne Arundel County, and St. Mary’s County.
Every property and project is different. Our team takes the time to understand your concerns, explain the available options, and recommend a solution suited to the needs of your home or commercial property. From the first conversation through project completion, EPS focuses on clear communication, professional workmanship, and a customer experience that helps you make an informed decision.

Meet Tom Lowe
Owner & Operator, Elite Project Services
Tom founded EPS in 2006 and has been the hands-on operator ever since. He personally handles every inspection and estimate, and remains the point of contact throughout each project. His reputation for honest assessments, competitive pricing, and direct communication is what brings most new clients to EPS – usually a referral from a neighbor or a homeowner who found him after a difficult experience with another contractor.
