Gutter installation & repair

Gutter Installation & Repair in Southern Maryland

A properly functioning gutter system helps collect rainwater from your roof and direct it safely away from your home. When gutters are leaking, sagging, clogged, or pulling away from the roofline, water may begin affecting the siding, landscaping, exterior surfaces, and areas around the foundation.

EPS provides gutter installation and repair services for homeowners throughout Southern Maryland. Our team can evaluate the condition of your existing system, identify visible drainage concerns, and recommend whether targeted repairs or a new gutter system may be the more appropriate solution.

We also provide gutter guards and downspout services to help improve water flow and reduce common drainage issues around the property.

Tom handles the estimate personally and will walk you through color and style options that match your home.

What we do

Gutter Repairs & Installation

Whether you need a brand new system or a fix for an existing one, EPS handles the full range of gutter work homeowners need to keep water moving away from their homes.

Gutter Installation

EPS installs seamless K-style gutters in 5" and 6" profiles, custom-fabricated on-site. For a more architectural look, EPS also offers aluminum half-round and Nordic Steel half-round gutters — a galvanized steel system that connects without caulk or screws.

Gutter Repair

Sagging sections, leaking seams, and gutters pulling away from the fascia are diagnosed and fixed without unnecessary replacement when the existing system can be saved. Damaged fascia behind the gutter line is repaired as part of the job when needed.

Gutter Guards

Gutter guards cut down on leaf and debris buildup, reducing how often gutters need to be cleaned and lowering the risk of overflow during heavy rain.

Downspout Installation & Rerouting

Properly placed downspouts are as important as the gutters themselves. EPS installs new downspouts and reroutes existing ones where water is currently draining toward a foundation, walkway, or low point in the yard.

why choose eps

Why Choose EPS for Gutter Repairs and Installation?

EPS installs seamless gutter systems designed to fit your home and support reliable rainwater drainage. Our experienced installers provide custom gutter solutions in a variety of sizes and colors to help protect your property while complementing its exterior.

Custom Fit

Our seamless five inch and six inch K Style gutters are custom made to fit your home. Each system is installed according to the roofline and drainage needs of the property to support dependable performance.

Fewer Leak Points

Seamless gutters have fewer joints than sectional systems. Connections are generally limited to corners and downspout areas, helping reduce common points where leaks may develop.

Low Maintenance

The smooth interior and reduced number of joints can limit areas where leaves and other debris collect. Seamless gutters may require less maintenance than sectional gutter systems, although periodic inspection and cleaning may still be necessary.

Long Lasting Performance

Reducing the number of seams can help limit leaks, separation, and other issues that may lead to future repairs. Properly installed seamless gutters provide a durable solution for managing rainwater around the home.

Multiple Color Options

Seamless gutters are available in a variety of colors, allowing homeowners to select an option that coordinates with the roof, siding, trim, and overall exterior of the property.

Curb Appeal

A clean, continuous gutter line looks better than a sectional system with visible seams running the length of your roofline.

Minor leaks, loose sections, or isolated damage may be repairable. Replacement may be recommended when the system has widespread deterioration, recurring leaks, significant sagging, or ongoing drainage problems.
No. Gutter guards can reduce the amount of leaves and larger debris entering the system, but occasional inspection and maintenance may still be needed depending on nearby trees, roof conditions, and the type of gutter protection installed.
